Task #10 - New Website
Wow!!! I really like that layout of the new website. Having taken some website design classes myself this site has many of the essential components to a well functioning site. It is very simple to navigate and it is visually pleasing.
Task #9 - Universal Class
Universal class is a very cool setup it allows you to take classes without having to be enrolled in school!!! It would be useful to use in programming classes for reasons such as a knitting group getting together and taking a knitting class. Maybe a group interested in cooking could get together and take a culinary arts class. The possibilities are endless.
Task #8
I got 8 out of the 10 right. This guide would help to break the barrier non spanish speaking employees have with helping spanish speakers. It allows us to give spanish speakers more comfort with finding library materials and ordering from other libraries.
Task #7
Well out of google docs and dropbox I would have to say that I would probably be more inclined to use google docs. Reasoning being that I'm very familiar with the google set up having used googles search engine and many of their tools, so I thing that google docs would be much easier for me to navigate and understand.

Task #6
Hello all,
Finished the quiz with flying colors. The thing that surprised me that most was that there is an actual french fry review. I knew that Consumer report would be the place to look, however I figured the search would come up empty. Oh well good ole consumer reports really does have everything a consumer could want (Next search best toilet paper haha).
A patron needs to complete a task on the computer but has never had any computer experience. Patron says that time is not an issue. Do you....
A) Complete the task for the patron as quickly as you can
B) Tell the patron that they are hopeless
C) Show the patron how to solve the issue step by step then offer to sign them up for computer classes
D) Show them facebook

Task #5
Having used Chilton's database myself several times already for patrons and once for myself to find out how to replace a power steering pump in my last vehicle which was a 2001 Ford F150, this task was a breeze. Chilton's database is very well laid out and very simple to navigate, even for someone not as technology inclined as myself.
Task #3
Hello all,
Using the masterfile and searching in consumer reports I was able to find that the most recent article for best smartphone and cell phone plan was made was January 2011.
